I serve as a teacher, trainer, motivator, cheerleader and catalyst for your success and happiness and offer practical guidance, tools and skills that will make a difference in your life. As a student of the coaching process, I am committed to continually improving my own knowledge and coaching skills. I strive daily to live in integrity and lead by example in all areas of my life.

Who I Am

Teresa is an executive coach, trainer offering individual and group coaching and customized workshops. In addition to Teresa’s extensive training and experience as a coach her professional background includes over twenty years as a non-profit leader, fund raiser and entrepreneur.
